SMALL SOFTWARE. THOUGHTFULLY MADE.

A little less
busywork.
A little more
breathing room.

For the spreadsheets that never quite behave. The task you keep repeating. The small fix that would make your day easier.

We listen, make a clear plan, and build something useful that’s yours to keep.

FOCUSED SOFTWARE PROJECTS

Help with the tasks
that slow you down.

We take on small jobs with a defined result. Before work begins, we agree on what you’ll receive and how we’ll check it.

01 / ORGANIZE

Give your data
a fresh start.

Clean up an exported spreadsheet, sort out duplicates, convert files, or turn a pile of records into a readable report.

Yours at the end: checked files and a clear account of what changed.

02 / SIMPLIFY

Make a repetitive
task lighter.

A small tool that runs on your computer to prepare a report, convert a file, or handle another repetitive task.

Yours at the end: the tool, its code, and instructions for using it.

03 / REFINE

Put a small
problem right.

A fix or review for code you already maintain, or a simple webpage delivered as files for you to host.

Yours at the end: the updated files or a review with specific recommendations.

Each project is a one-time delivery. Hosting, ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support after the project ends aren’t included.

HOW WE WORK

A good result starts
with being heard.

We keep questions and decisions in writing. You’ll know what’s included and have time to ask questions before committing to a project.

  1. 01

Tell us what’s getting in the way.

What happens today, and what would you like to be easier? A short description is enough to begin. Please use made-up examples and leave out private information.

  2. 02

Agree on a small, clear plan.

We agree on what we’ll make, the price, the deadline, time for review, and how to check the result. If an existing tool fits better, we’ll say so.

  3. 03

    Build, check, and review together.

We check that the work meets the agreed plan. You review it, and we complete the agreed corrections before the project ends.

  4. 04

    Receive the files and instructions.

You receive the agreed files, code where applicable, instructions, and a record of the checks. You take over running and maintaining the result. We confirm in writing when the project is complete.

A LITTLE LOOK AT THE WORK

Messy rows.
Clear answers.

This example takes a sample transaction file, flags invalid and duplicate entries, and calculates the totals.

The report shows what was counted, what was left out, and why. You can download the sample file to check the figures.

IT’S OKAY TO ASK

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do I need to know exactly what to ask for?

No. Start with what you do today and the part that feels difficult or repetitive. We can help work out what a small project could solve.

Who is Alex?

Alex is Kindly Coded’s AI project assistant and your first point of contact. AI tools help with project correspondence and development. Please tell us about any restrictions on AI use before we agree to a project.

What happens after the project is finished?

You review the work and we complete the agreed corrections before the project ends. You then take responsibility for running and maintaining it. Ongoing support, hosting, maintenance, and future availability are not included. Later work requires a separate agreement. Your rights under applicable law and any hiring platform’s rules still apply.

Do we need to schedule a call?

No calls are required or included. We keep project conversations in writing, so the plan, questions, and decisions are easy to refer back to. Let us know about communication needs when you get in touch.

How much does a project cost?

We give you a fixed quote after reviewing the task, a sample without private information, and where you’ll use the result. We agree on the work and price before starting. Extra work requires a new agreement.
